In the context of the increasing demand for electrical safety in industries and construction, Runsheng Group Co., Ltd. officially launched the new generation of "RFSC Intelligent Fireproof Conduit System" today. This product is based on the company's 20-year technical accumulation in the field of engineering electrical, integrating real-time monitoring, autonomous fire suppression and extreme fire resistance capabilities, aiming to provide a higher-level power protection solution for key places such as data centers, hospitals and transportation hubs. 

 

Technical Breakthrough: From Passive Fire Resistance to Active Protection

Traditional fire-resistant bus ducts mostly rely on thermal insulation materials to passively resist fires. However, the system launched by Runsheng Group integrates multiple innovative technologies: 

Multilayer composite fire-resistant structure: It is composed of ceramicized silicone rubber combined with metal shielding and is encapsulated. Even at a temperature of 1000℃, it can maintain the integrity of the circuit for more than 3 hours, far exceeding the requirements of the international IEC 60331 standard. 

Intelligent thermal runaway warning: Equipped with distributed temperature sensing and smoke detection modules, it can monitor the temperature rise of each bus section and the risk of electric arcs in real time, and send out warnings synchronously through the IoT platform. 

Automatic suppression diffusion design: When an abnormal temperature is detected, the system can automatically release inert gas and activate the local flame-retardant coating to prevent the fire from spreading along the electrical path. 

 

Addressing Global Security Challenges

As the global electrification process accelerates, the fire safety of power distribution systems has become a core issue in energy infrastructure. According to statistics, approximately 30% of building fires are caused by electrical faults, with the distribution环节 accounting for a significant proportion. Simultaneously, it has initiated the certification of EU CE and US UL international standards. Currently, the system is piloted and running in a large domestic data center. In the future, it will be mainly promoted to overseas high-end manufacturing, new energy power stations, and smart city construction projects.
